    Rosie Ratigan

Rosie was born in Minnesota and moved to the vast, windswept skies of Wyoming in 1980. her artwork is a celebration of avian life and the quiet stories it tells. she works primarily in oil, drawn to its richness and depth—qualities that echo the textures of feathers, the shimmer of light across wings, and the subtle interplay of shadow and motion in flight.

Birds have long been a favorite subject to paint. To rosie, they represent resilience, grace, and the unspoken connection

between earth and sky. Each painting is an exploration of that delicate balance—between fragility and strength.
